Mirasys RMC - Your Remote Eyes

Mirasys Remote Management Center (RMC) is a remote client for centralized video surveillance. It consists of the RMC Server and up to ten RMC Workstations. A set of easy-to-use system tools is also available.

RMC Server - Communication and Remote Management
RMC Server controls the data communication between DVRs/NVRs and RMC workstations. It also receives event messages from DVRs/NVRs, stores them in the database, and sends the messages along to RMC workstations.

RMC Server maintains a list of users and manages their profiles. When a user logs in at a workstation, the RMC Server verifies the authenticity of the user name and password and sends the profile to the workstation. It then opens communication links only to those DVRs/NVRs included in the user's profile.

The RMC Server includes a SQL database, where all alarm event messages from the remote DVRs/NVRs are stored. The RMC Server also contains the user, error and event logs.

RMC Workstations - Remote Operation
RMC workstations allow operators to monitor real-time video and audio as well as synchronized recorded video and audio from DVRs/NVRs, control remote devices, and manage alarm event messages from remote sites. In small systems, one RMC workstation can be installed on the RMC Server PC. (Read more)
