Position Summary

As Director of Sales and Marketing, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic direction of our revenue-generating teams. As part of the executive management team, you’ll provide oversight, alignment, and accountability across all sales and marketing operations. You’ll directly manage a cross-functional team—including account executives, lead generation specialists, and sales engineers—ensuring continuous development and high performance. In addition to overseeing strategic KPIs and representing the company with high-value clients, you’ll contribute to revenue growth through select sales efforts and by coaching your team to consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Business Development

  • Provide strategic leadership for all sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the executive team to achieve revenue goals and increase market penetration.
  • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of account executives through daily management to maximize performance and create a winning culture.
  • Deliver targeted training programs to drive growth in skill, performance, and results
  • Represent PAC Integrations with high-net-worth clients and executive-level stakeholders; personally facilitate strategic sales when appropriate
  • Train and coach new account executives
  • Drive business growth by pursuing new opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strategic relationships rooted in trust and high-caliber service.
  • Oversee and manage all sales operations, including performance tracking, quotas, and revenue forecasting
  • Continuously refine our go-to-market strategy to align with industry shifts, client needs, and business goals

Marketing Strategy & Analysis

  • Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring efforts are focused on brand positioning, market expansion, and demand generation.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape and direct marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term vision and growth priorities.
  • Use market intelligence and customer insights to shape campaigns, refine messaging, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset across the organization by integrating feedback into high-level sales and service strategies.
  • Partner with operations and service leadership to ensure a cohesive and elevated customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in security, technology, or commercial services.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of guiding and growing successful sales and marketing teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of how to align team efforts with company goals
  • Exceptional relationship-builder with the ability to engage high-value clients and executive decision-makers
  • Skilled in developing systems, structures, and processes that drive execution and accountability
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and multi-channel marketing strategies.

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities.
  • On Target Compensation: $250k (base + uncapped variable)
