We’re looking for a Sales Manager who demands excellence of themselves and their team. Not a cheerleader but a field general who thrives on structure, meets strategic objectives, and can relate to people by developing key relationships.
The Mission
To drive predictable, profitable growth by instilling discipline, accountability, and focus into every aspect of the sales organization.
What You’ll Do
- Hold your team accountable. Set clear standards, monitor progress, and address underperformance immediately.
- Run a clean pipeline. Review every deal for accuracy, completeness, and viability. Ensure CRM data is updated daily and reflects reality.
- Drive results through consistency, accountability, and maniacal organization. Keep meetings focused, numbers current, and next steps defined.
- Forecast with precision. Validate every opportunity, confirm timelines, and make sure revenue projections are reliable.
- Train and correct. When performance gaps appear, you’ll coach directly, set short-term goals, and verify improvement.
- Coordinate execution. Work with Operations and Engineering to confirm projects are sold correctly and handed off smoothly.
- Protect profitability. Make decisions that maintain healthy margins and safeguard company resources.
- Manage a team of 2–3 Account Executives, with future headcount growth expected.

- CRM and pipeline data are clean, accurate, and current
- Team consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals with strong margins
- Forecasts are tight, predictable, and trusted by leadership
- The sales department operates with clarity, control, and confidence
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience managing Account Executives or similar B2B sales teams
- Proven ability in creating structure, drive accountability, and improve performance
- Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and process control
- High standards and the courage to uphold them, even when it’s uncomfortable
- Strategic mindset and maturity to influence peers and leaders alike
- Background in security, technology integration, or construction-related sales preferred
